184 16409 Sahih Muslim 45 6506 The Book Pertaining to the Merits of the Companions (Allah Be Pleased With Them) of the Holy Prophet - كتاب فضائل الصحابة رضى الله تعالى عنهم "20542 11019 19" حدثناه محمد بن بشار، حدثنا سالم بن نوح، حدثنا عمر بن عامر، عن قتادة، عن أنس، أن أكيدر، دومة الجندل أهدى لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏ حلة فذكر نحوه ولم يذكر فيه وكان ينهى عن الحرير ‏.‏ Anas reported the king of Dumat al-Jandal presented to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) the garment and lie made no mention (of the fact) that he prohibited the use of silk.
